📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for analytics solutions • Design scalable and maintainable analytics solutions • Develop technical specifications and data models • Extract data from source systems including DJMS and IPPS-A • Load data into the Databricks warehouse and clean it for analysis • Build custom datasets for dashboard use • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Deploy solutions to production environments and ensure successful implementation • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues • Implement enhancements and updates • Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment plans • Provide user guides and training materials for end-users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field • 3-10 years of relevant work experience • 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Apps, Automate, BI) • 3+ years of experience with SQL • 3+ years of experience with Python • Experience with Databricks (Data Intelligence Platforms) • Experience with Army Vantage • Experience with data cleansing, data prep, and data translation • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle delegated tasks and development • Active Secret security clearance • Experience supporting DoD stakeholders and leadership is desired
