📋 Description

• Work with IT leadership and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology-related business problems • Assist with business relationship management, business strategy and planning, and portfolio/demand management • Maintain productive relationships with IT peers, management, and business functions • Articulate business value and strategy and coordinate across IT to leverage technology for operational excellence • Research industry practices and performance metrics • Lead coordination and monitoring of project activities • Provide technical direction to project teams to ensure effective project completion and compliance with design and quality standards • Analyze project portfolio initiatives and identify measurable outcomes • Implement processes and tools to measure project benefits • Mentor and coach IT teams on workflow and functionality for new and existing systems • Participate in technical skill development of analysts and provide input to performance reviews and development objectives • Create business process mappings of complex systems and workflows • Support project management efforts involving risk mitigation, communication plans, implementation strategies, work plans, and scope

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field • Typically requires 7 years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work across the organization • Ability to understand business direction and goals and their implications for required systems • Attention to detail in functional requirements, risk assessments, cost estimates, plans, and project delivery tracking • Ability to write effective presentations and documentation • Ability to analyze and solve unusual, complex, and ambiguous problems • Knowledge of integration within functional and business areas • Ability to analyze long-term ramifications of decisions and recommend best practices • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to instruct, guide, assign, advise, and mentor team members • Ability to influence and direct work teams • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete assignments timely • Must reside in one of the listed eligible states • No sponsorship or transfer of visa available now or in the future
