📋 Description

• Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities end to end, including discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs and technical close • Engage early to shape platforms for managed services • Drive strategic deals in existing MSP accounts and open whitespace MSPs in the region • Support MSP sales cycles with end customers through live co-selling • Define end-to-end architectures covering multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational models and integrations • Model managed-service unit economics, cost per tenant, TB and workload, Evergreen//One, consumption models and margins • Design API-led, automated and billable MSP services • Displace competitors in MSP environments • Position and win across FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx and Everpure Data Intelligence • Build competitive evidence including battle cards, teardowns, reference wins and proof points • Establish trusted technical relationships with MSP architects, practice leads and CTOs • Enable MSP technical teams and develop partner-side technical champions • Feed MSP requirements into the global MSP program and Product Management • Contribute reference architectures, sizing and scaling guides, and service blueprints • Orchestrate specialist support across Everpure • Represent Everpure at partner events, roadshows, webinars and technical workshops • Create technical content for the MSP community

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record of winning partner-led business • Direct experience with MSPs and understanding of how they build, price, operate and sell managed services • Commercial fluency, including consumption economics, TCO and margin • Track record of driving and closing technically complex deals in competitive environments • Experience with modern data platform architecture: block, file and object, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes and storage-as-a-service models • Strong working knowledge of compute, database, networking and virtualization • Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines, data governance and classification • Fluency in cyber resilience, virtualization migration dynamics and competitive landscapes • Practical command of multi-tenancy, automation and API-driven infrastructure • Product experience across technology vendors within the relevant region • Outstanding written, diagrammatic and verbal communication • Executive presence with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence without authority • Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable building a new practice • Strategic and detail-oriented problem-solving approach • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively and drive results
