📋 Description

• Help customers understand how to get the best out of Jumio’s products • Provide technical and functional expertise across online identity verification, KYC, AML, user authentication, and risk management solutions • Consult prospective clients to understand use cases and recommend implementations • Create and lead customer-facing technical presentations • Assist with solution presentations, RFPs, and RFIs • Lead proofs of concept during pre-sales and cross-selling activities • Manage customer onboarding from kickoff with business and project teams through Go Live • Provide technical and functional subject-matter expertise to external customers, Account Executives, and Account Management • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering to maintain and improve product knowledge • Create and deliver customized demos on web, iOS, and Android platforms • Help increase pipeline conversion, grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and support Jumio’s continued growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional SaaS enterprise-level experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting, including exposure to complex environments • Strong customer-facing experience interacting with all levels and departments across enterprise customers • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • In-depth technical knowledge of web and mobile programming or scripting languages, including JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift • Knowledge of computer operating systems: Unix, Linux, Windows, and Mac • Knowledge of mobile operating systems and frameworks: iOS, Android, React-Native, and Cordova • Comfortable working in a rapid-growth environment with high autonomy and ambiguity • Experience navigating challenges and opportunities in a start-up or scale-up business
