📋 Description

• Support legacy technology systems and maintain technical infrastructure • Provide technical analysis and ensure overall operations and automation • Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives • Analyze legacy applications and business processes/functions • Support assigned legacy applications/systems • Maintain databases to ensure continued operation of legacy applications • Work with departments to ensure legacy applications operate as expected • Monitor supported systems and service levels • Perform system administration for proper configuration and system integrity • Support maintenance and data extracts of legacy data • Assist with data archiving and system shutdown during decommissioning of targeted legacy applications • Maintain accurate system configuration documentation • Prepare programming and/or integration specifications • Ensure timely follow-through and escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience with the support of LCMC Health’s legacy application systems, programming, and/or system integration support • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other related field of study • Proof of citizenship or immigration status required to verify lawful right to work in the United States
