📋 Description

• Orchestrate the relationship between the end customer and the stakeholders at Neat during the trial period • Primary point of contact during evaluation period • Welcome customer and partner to Neat PEP • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all coordination including ordering and tracking of devices and management access • Collect customer feedback throughout trial as well as final survey • Initiation of quotes and invoice tracking • Close out process in back-end systems and transition back to account team • Track purchase orders via partners and directly with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field • Familiarity with online tools like Salesforce.com and NetSuite would be a plus but not required • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
