US Fertility partners with physician-owned clinics across many locations to scale operations, improve patient outcomes, and expand access to reproductive care.

📋 Description

• Generate increased new patient appointments through over-the-phone prospective customer consultations and closing new business • Use a soft-sell and empathetic approach to convert prospective customers into satisfied customers • Respond to questions and explain the features and benefits of choosing US Fertility • Coordinate with USF offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions for prospective customers referred to medical diagnosis and treatment • Prepare and report metrics on inside sales results • Recommend process improvements and ways to increase sales to the leadership team • Maintain an accurate customer database tracking relevant program information and prospective-customer progress • Document unusual circumstances and conversations with potential customers in the database • Follow up with all prospective customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Five years of customer service experience • At least two-three years of inside sales experience • Competency in active listening and relationship building • Ability to communicate with empathy, accurately, and concisely • Ability to build personal connections with callers facing emotional fertility challenges • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills • Bilingual experience would be a plus • Ability to work in a self-directed manner • Ability to organize work tasks and information efficiently • Ability to monitor quality and effectiveness • Ability to collaborate within and across teams • Ability to execute timely and accurate follow-through • Working knowledge of healthcare services/fertility is a plus • Ability to work Monday through Friday, with a varying schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time
