📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to applicants and potential applicants submitting successful applications for the Land Redevelopment Initiative program • Provide technical assistance during implementation of the LRI Program • Assist with successfully completing demolition projects for the LRI program • Document findings in Excel and other reporting formats • Contribute to periodic reports describing the Clinic’s LRI activities • Work 15 hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficiency in Google platforms, including Google Docs and Zoom • Strong ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to write effectively • Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines • Prior experience working in a real estate office (preferred)
