📋 Description

• Support HESG project development throughout North America • Engage in public-sector and commercial & industrial projects • Provide engineering support to the sales team • Influence customers toward Honeywell solutions • Provide external and internal consultations • Help develop and maintain product messaging, customer support, and training • Foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs • Participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations • Perform investment-grade facility audits • Develop customer-focused technical solutions meeting technical, social, and financial requirements • Perform financial analyses to demonstrate solution viability • Manage development scope, schedule, and cost • Develop solutions involving HVAC, electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, combined heat and power, and central utility plants • Generate financial analyses and scopes of work • Complete contract documents according to Honeywell practices • Coordinate with Measurement and Verification, Delivery, and Contracts teams • Support post-contract engineering, design document development, and project commissioning • Develop detailed savings calculations and comprehensive scopes of work • Analyze data and provide solutions for complex problems • Generate, evaluate, and select unique solutions • Present technical sales briefings and engage in customer-facing activities • Analyze growth opportunities and coach teams on project value propositions • Review proposals, coordinate engineering support for pursuits, and provide data for sales-support documents

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years in the Energy Solutions business • 5 or more years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems • Professional Engineering license • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Project Development experience with $1M–$20M+ project sizes • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals • Experience with Microsoft Visio to generate detailed schematics • Experience with Microsoft Project to create and manage complex projects • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint to create customer/internal presentations • Familiarity with building control systems • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates • Familiarity with energy and carbon reduction project grants and incentive programs • Knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies • Experience with development and implementation of Solar PV and BESS solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships • Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus • Professional certifications such as CEM and LEED-AP are valued
