• Set product and technology direction and decide organizational priorities • Lead, coach, and develop 30+ people across product management, product marketing, design, software engineering, data, and user research • Build organizational capabilities, leadership bench, and succession • Accelerate use of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence in products and internal teams • Leverage the Board, advisors, and broader ecosystem • Allocate investment across health equity outcomes, competitiveness, maintenance, and technical debt • Grow the enterprise product funding core operations and expand reach in the healthcare safety-net market • Own adoption, pricing, packaging, positioning, and low-touch adoption paths with the Chief Growth Officer • Direct intellectual property strategy and clinical evidence generation • Own technical partnerships, EHR integrations, patient records, APIs, and infrastructure • Deliver 30-, 60-, and 90-day strategy, organizational, technical, partnership, and AI plans • Measure health equity outcomes, adoption, reach, organizational leverage, cost efficiency, and team health
• Experience running multiple functions together and owning outcomes • Experience setting organizational direction, presenting to a board, and developing leaders • Experience changing an engineering organization’s technical direction without direct authority over it • Curiosity as a practice and willingness to learn directly from patients and frontline staff • Commitment to working with low-income populations and the healthcare safety net • Experience treating intellectual property as an asset, including patents, published evidence, or proprietary data • Ability to choose product and technology bets, build teams, and prove impact • Willingness to travel regularly to safety-net organizations and frontline staff • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employer-sponsored visa support will be required
