📋 Description

• Manage the existing team for operations related to manufacturer programs • Manage client program manager(s) • Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions • Recommend long-term strategies • Present strategic and operational plans for new development • Participate in proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing • Develop policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for manufacturers • Oversee recruitment, training, and management of program teams • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned • Manage reimbursement and other hub services for specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturer clients • Oversee teams providing the full range of services for specific programs • Participate in related projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred • Broad knowledge and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement • Minimum seven (7) years of experience • At least 5 years in a progressive management role • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, and operational policies and processes • Knowledge of full service call center programs preferred • Strong customer/client management background • Exceptional project management skills • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process • Strong decision-making capabilities • Critical thinking skills and ability to develop creative and innovative solutions • Strong industry and business knowledge • Strategic thinking and long-term planning experience • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and grow talent • Strong organizational agility and ability to lead teams through change • Proficiency with computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Must be flexible on schedule and hours • Some travel may be required • Equivalent combinations of experience and education are considered
