📋 Description

• Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region • Ensure clinics run efficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence • Build, coach, and develop high-performing clinic teams, including front desk, medical assistants, and sonographers • Partner with physicians and APPs to foster a collaborative clinical environment • Translate strategic priorities into field execution, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing models, and patient engagement • Own regional performance and culture • Improve the patient and teammate experience across multiple clinics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare • Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput • Proven ability to lead regional performance, team development, and P&L results • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare, Business, or a related field • Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 70% • Experience in clinic, outpatient, or practice-based operations preferred
