📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex enterprise learning solutions from intake through launch and continuous improvement • Conduct audience and performance needs analysis; define objectives, success metrics, and evaluation approaches aligned to business outcomes • Design and develop learning assets and reinforcement resources, including storyboards, scripts, eLearning, facilitator and participant materials, assessments, job aids, and manager toolkits • Design workflow learning and performance support to drive on-the-job application • Use approved AI tools and rapid design methods to accelerate analysis and prototyping; validate and iterate outputs • Apply accessibility, inclusive design, learning experience, visual design, usability, and cognitive load principles • Provide standards, templates, and best-practice guidance across initiatives • Serve as an organizational consultant and subject matter expert for learning best practices • Facilitate discovery and working sessions and advise leaders and subject matter experts • Manage multiple projects and priorities, estimate effort, maintain documentation and version control, and meet deadlines in a regulated environment • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning sciences, communications, or related field is required • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Seven (7) years of training and development experience working with various organizational levels, including five (5) years of curriculum development experience, is required • Experience using authoring and content creation tools including Storyline & Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite is required • Experience independently leading complex learning projects and consulting with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels is preferred • Minimum of one learning industry design certification is preferred • Certification or training in accessibility/inclusive design practices is preferred • Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design, root-cause analysis, and training/non-training interventions • Ability to design digital, virtual, blended, and performance support solutions • Ability to apply visual design, usability, interaction design, instructional flow, and cognitive load principles • Prompt writing and iterative drafting with approved AI tools; verification of accuracy; bias/accessibility review; documentation and disclosure as required • Knowledge of WCAG-aligned practices and UDL concepts • Ability to define success metrics, analyze feedback and learning data, and improve solutions • Project management, prioritization, quality standards, written/verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing without authority • Proficiency with authoring/media tools and templates • Working knowledge of LMS/LXP constraints • Ability to work in a general office environment and sit or stand for extended periods
