📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise in eLearning development with cross-functional leads, project managers, and SMEs • Develop technical and functional documentation for project deliverables and phases • Support organizational change management, strategic communication plans, and project schedules • Participate in planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment for DoD contract writing systems • Support technical risk and change management activities and communicate them to senior DoD customer leadership • Develop, review, and deliver technical project artifacts and deliverables • Review project status with DoD customers and program stakeholders • Provide procurement system functional support and communication efforts • Develop training content and deliver training material for Contract Writing System users • Support preparation, conduct, and evaluation of virtual technical training programs • Develop COTS-product training materials, content, and exercises for the DoD customer • Work with the DoD Contract Writing System Program Office to align deployment and cutover plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Federal government contracting and/or program management office contracting business processes • Experience developing targeted communications and training to build shared knowledge and resolve recurring incidents, service requests, and problems • Ability to work cohesively in a team-oriented matrix organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and interim clearance in a timely manner • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance • Only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of warranted contracting officer experience desired • 2+ years of experience developing and delivering a comprehensive application training curriculum desired • 2+ years of contract writing system training experience desired
