📋 Description

• Build training content, SOPs, and workflow documentation from scratch for multiple operational teams • Design structured learning paths for onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing skill development • Create instructional content for complex, multi-step workflows • Develop reusable templates and content standards • Conduct interviews and working sessions with subject matter experts and managers to document workflows • Observe and map tribal-knowledge operational processes into trainable content • Partner with leadership and managers to identify training gaps, prioritize content, and validate processes • Translate operational procedures into training materials and living references • Own training content architecture across teams and roles • Establish content governance standards, version control, review cycles, update triggers, and ownership assignments • Manage content maintenance to keep SOPs and training current • Provide progress updates to leadership on content coverage and gaps • Update training and documentation as workflows improve • Identify documentation and training improvements that enhance operational performance • Build feedback loops and iterate on training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or L&D content creation • At least 2 years focused on operational or process-based training • Demonstrated portfolio of training programs, SOPs, or curriculum built from scratch • Experience supporting complex, multi-department operations with 50+ employees across distinct teams • Experience leading SME extraction sessions and converting verbal knowledge into structured training content • Experience architecting training platforms end-to-end, including information hierarchy, role-based learning paths, content categorization, and user navigation • Strong written communication and ability to translate technical operational processes into accessible training • Experience maintaining content update cycles tied to process changes • Experience with Trainual or similar SOP-focused platforms preferred • Experience building training infrastructure during rapid organizational growth preferred • Background in operations-heavy, compliance-sensitive workflows preferred • Experience integrating multimedia content preferred • Experience in remote-first or distributed teams across time zones preferred • Comfort with project management, CRM, and communication platforms preferred • Experience creating train-the-trainer programs preferred • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; REE does not provide visa sponsorship
