📋 Description

• Onboard, monitor, and support Fresh Success providers, including community colleges, adult schools, and nonprofit community-based organizations • Co-facilitate onboarding trainings, webinars, and annual in-person convenings • Provide ongoing technical assistance to assigned providers • Review quarterly invoices and data submissions, including cost allowability, documentation, and data accuracy • Perform program reviews and monitoring to ensure compliance with state CalFresh and federal SNAP Employment & Training guidelines and relevant policies • Provide technical assistance and learn about provider challenges and promising practices • Review and analyze reports, data, and supporting documents and prepare recommendations for action • Support the design, logistics, and execution of webinars, conference presentations, and meetings to recruit new partners

• Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks • Ability to execute responsibilities independently and on time • Proven ability to manage clients by influence and drive timely completion of client deliverables • Ability to learn and clearly communicate complex program requirements • Mission-driven, passionate, and equity-minded approach • Strong desire to impact and change people’s lives for the better • Must reside in California • Ability to travel 20%
