📋 Description

• Partner with technical Subject Matter Experts to identify role-based competencies, workflows, business requirements, and performance expectations • Learn complex software products and technical workflows and translate them into scalable, learner-centered learning experiences • Design learning objectives, learning paths, hands-on labs, simulations, assessments, and performance-based learning experiences • Design and develop self-paced learning, instructor-led training assets, videos, job aids, labs, assessments, and learning pathways • Create course outlines, facilitator guides, learner resources, technical documentation, and enablement materials • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve engagement, retention, and on-the-job performance • Design and validate knowledge-based and performance-based assessments • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with releases and customer scenarios • Manage complex learning projects from concept through implementation with limited oversight • Own and maintain assigned portions of the technical enablement curriculum portfolio • Update courses, labs, assessments, certifications, and supporting assets for current product releases • Support release readiness through content reviews, updates, and communication • Design modular, reusable learning assets and contribute to learning architecture, curriculum frameworks, and content governance • Ensure content meets quality, accessibility, branding, and learner-experience standards • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and align solutions to business needs • Support facilitator readiness through train-the-trainer sessions, pilot programs, workshops, and virtual labs • Leverage AI-assisted content development tools and identify improvements to development processes and learner experience • Contribute to team standards, templates, best practices, and innovative learning technology approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical training development or a related field • Experience developing learning solutions for software, SaaS, analytics, data, cloud, or other technical products • Experience partnering with technical SMEs to identify role-based competencies and performance requirements • Experience designing technical learning solutions for technical audiences • Experience creating hands-on labs, technical exercises, assessments, and scenario-based learning experiences • Experience managing complex learning projects involving multiple stakeholders • Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise • Ability to define learning objectives supporting business outcomes and measurable job performance • Ability to understand, analyze, and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences • Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, or similar technologies • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written communication and content development skills • Strong requirements gathering, technical discovery, and stakeholder interviewing skills • Ability to quickly learn, test, and demonstrate complex software products and workflows • Ability to translate technical workflows into guided labs, simulations, assessments, and performance-based learning experiences • Comfort working with technical SMEs, Product teams, and Engineering partners • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for content development, research, review, and maintenance • Ability to independently troubleshoot, validate, and improve learning activities and assessments • Preferred: experience facilitating virtual technical workshops, hands-on labs, or train-the-trainer sessions • Preferred: experience developing software enablement or technical product training • Preferred: experience supporting onboarding, adoption, customer education, or enablement programs • Preferred: familiarity with analytics, automation, AI, cloud platforms, or developer-focused technologies • Preferred: experience developing certification programs and performance-based assessments • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
