📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated tests • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing • Identify, report, and track application issues and anomalies • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, designers, stakeholders, offshore colleagues, and contractors • Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and increment planning • Review and recommend improvements to the QA framework • Initially focus on manual testing while developing and introducing automation frameworks over time • Travel occasionally for on-site meetings, company retreats, training sessions, and other business-related events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle in an agile/scrum environment • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience setting up manual, automation, and regression test scenarios • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting • Ability to travel as needed; travel is a condition of employment • Preferred: experience with programming languages such as TypeScript • Preferred: experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress • Must be authorized to work in the United States
