📋 Description

• Develop and execute scientific content strategies supporting new product launches and corporate objectives • Serve as medical marketing lead on cross-functional product development and launch teams • Create evidence-based launch messaging, clinical summaries, mechanism-of-action materials, competitive positioning, presentations, educational resources, customer-facing collateral, FAQs, objection-handling materials, and digital content • Translate complex scientific, clinical, and technical information into clear communications for healthcare providers, laboratory professionals, commercial teams, and other stakeholders • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Marketing, and other teams • Support product launch readiness through messaging guides, sales enablement materials, educational resources, and field training content • Monitor clinical evidence, publications, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform positioning and differentiation • Oversee development, review, governance, and lifecycle management of scientific marketing content • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Medical Affairs to ensure communications are accurate, substantiated, and compliant • Maintain documentation for scientific claims, content approvals, and publication references • Identify opportunities to strengthen scientific communications through evidence, customer insights, and market dynamics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline • Seven (7) or more years of experience in molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, oncology-focused medical marketing, scientific communications, product marketing, Medical Affairs, or a related field • Experience supporting new product launches and developing scientific content within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industry • Strong knowledge of genomics, tumor biology, precision oncology, and clinical applications of molecular diagnostics • Exceptional scientific writing, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex scientific data into meaningful content for diverse audiences • Ability to collaborate across Medical Affairs, Product Management, R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial organizations • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Caris technologies, precision oncology, and molecular diagnostics preferred • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods • Ability to occasionally lift routine office supplies and operate standard office equipment • Must complete required job-specific, safety, compliance, and quality training • Periodic travel required • Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required • Successful completion of pre-employment process, including criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification

🏖️ Benefits

• Annual hiring range of $160,000–$190,000 • Target incentive may apply • Equal opportunity employment • Periodic travel for internal meetings, scientific conferences, customer engagements, product launch activities, and other business-related events
