📋 Description

• Partner with Finance Leaders and customers to analyze work process design and flow • Improve processes and leverage technological capabilities • Build and maintain Workday Financial System configuration • Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams • Manage projects and process improvements • Identify issues, problems, and opportunities • Recommend process and customer service improvements and innovative solutions • Conduct training and train new system users • Provide production support for Workday and other Finance Systems • Research and resolve problems, unexpected results, and process flaws • Perform scheduled activities and participate in release management • Follow system governance and change control policies • Develop solutions and reports to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree • Experience in finance • Project management experience • Workday Financial System configuration and build experience • Experience with data integrity, testing, implementation, report writing, and data flow analysis • Change management experience • Ability to develop reports and solutions for complex business needs • Ability to conduct training and develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation • Ability to follow system governance and change control policies and procedures
