📋 Description

• Deliver field service to customers and support sales efforts by servicing, promoting, demonstrating, and training on roofing systems, products, and accessories • Schedule and conduct inspections of completed roof installations • Inspect membrane, insulation, and flashing; document findings and complete CCM reports • Provide contractor assistance with minor repairs to support project closure and approval • Conduct job site visits to oversee roofing system installations and provide hands-on assistance • Identify installation errors and recommend corrective measures to meet project specifications and warranty requirements • Complete and submit forms, letters, and reports using electronic methods and standard CCM forms • Provide telephone assistance to roofing applicators regarding technical specifications and warranty requirements • Communicate with external parties and collaborate with internal CCM departments to resolve technical inquiries • Schedule and conduct training programs for CCM roofing applicators • Demonstrate and perform product and accessory installations, including splices, flashings, and insulation • Mentor and train newly hired Field Service Representatives and submit trainee feedback • Schedule job start-ups and provide on-site training for crew members • Investigate or spot-check minor warranty claims and report root causes and findings • Ensure scheduled vehicle maintenance is performed properly • Support field service activities for other Carlisle groups, including splice sampling, sample collection, and issue investigations • Work primarily outdoors on commercial building roofs and travel approximately 600–700 miles per week, potentially up to 1,200 miles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree and 2 years of roofing or construction experience • 1 year of roofing or construction experience • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record in accordance with company policy • Knowledge of Carlisle Construction Materials product specifications, applications, and company policies/procedures • Knowledge of general roofing and construction principles/practices • Knowledge of safety protocols for roofing, hazardous materials, and driving • Familiarity with laptop, tablet, smartphone usage, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CCM Inspect App • Understanding of driving laws and company organization/locations • Oral and written communication with managers, clients, and internal teams • Interpersonal skills and ability to interpret client concerns • Organizational skills, including independent scheduling and timely responses • Inspection and report documentation using CCM Inspect App and site visit reports • Eye-hand coordination, typing, and use of hand/power tools • Efficient use of technology for communication and reporting • Ability to independently manage tasks with a proactive and self-motivated approach • Adaptability to adjust schedules and respond to work demands • Safe and effective operation of roofing and construction tools and equipment • Availability for a paid 9–12-week training program involving travel and time in Carlisle, Pennsylvania
