📋 Description

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their next-car purchase needs • Use knowledge of CarMax inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicles • Guide customers from online sales or appraisal through finance applications and vehicle-delivery scheduling • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing • Mentor others as skills expand • Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience, such as in retail, preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment • Good listening skills and strong customer focus • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn and master new technologies and strong computer skills • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays • Openness to shifting schedules two times per year according to business needs • Must live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location • Must acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states; testing and travel may be required, as some states request physical presence to apply for the license
