📋 Description

• Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier’s unified Data & AI platform • Build and execute an organizational change program spanning business functions, regions, and technology teams • Establish adoption frameworks and sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realization • Develop stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks • Advise executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness • Develop executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, business updates, and communication toolkits • Drive executive sponsorship and facilitate leadership forums, steering committees, town halls, and executive roadshows • Manage enterprise stakeholder mapping and build a network of Change Champions • Partner with business-unit, Digital, Product Owner, platform, governance, and product delivery teams to accelerate engagement and address adoption barriers • Lead adoption strategies for Carrier’s enterprise Data & AI Marketplace • Develop awareness campaigns showcasing business value and successful use cases • Drive understanding of data products, AI/ML capabilities, AgentOps services, governance standards, and self-service capabilities • Develop adoption metrics for marketplace utilization, consumer engagement, product reuse, and business impact • Design and execute global communications for platform milestones, migration waves, and adoption initiatives • Create executive-ready content, newsletters, videos, FAQs, leadership briefings, roadshow materials, and cascade communication packages • Develop role-based communication and training plans • Partner with learning teams on Data & AI literacy, platform awareness, and change readiness programs • Define and monitor KPIs for awareness, engagement, adoption, platform utilization, and business value realization • Establish operating cadences and executive dashboards • Assess organizational readiness and adoption maturity • Recommend actions to leadership to accelerate value capture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology • 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership • Experience supporting cloud, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives • Knowledge of Data & AI platforms, data governance, MLOps, AgentOps, or enterprise data products • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI transformation programs, or enterprise modernization initiatives • Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformations • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders • Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority • Experience developing enterprise communication strategies and organizational engagement programs • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities
