📋 Description

• Drive strategic partnership, planning, and delivery across Digital and the wider business • Enable successful execution of enterprise-level priorities and major transformation initiatives • Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams • Continuously test, validate, and align business objectives with technology investments and operational goals • Translate business needs into high-quality strategies, roadmaps, and solutions • Lead and coordinate complex programs, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts • Manage dependencies, project risks, and governance • Oversee end-to-end execution for transparent, accountable, successful project delivery • Design solutions that accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of new digital capabilities • Champion sustainable organizational change and continuous operational enhancement • Manage and drive global ERP testing events • Identify and communicate program risks and opportunities • Drive down testing costs and improve quality using AI and other improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science • 7+ years’ experience leading ERP implementation test events • Master’s Degree preferred • Understanding of test automation and knowledge of SAP functional flows • Proficiency with Jira and Xray configuration and test management • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
