• Provide leadership, training, and supervision to department employees • Oversee and coordinate daily loan servicing activities for the Credit Bureau Reporting & Corrections team • Prepare and maintain processing reports and records • Manage workflow and assign activities for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team • Process borrower correspondence related to electronic credit disputes • Monitor assignments and deadlines • Guide credit corrections using eOSCAR and credit bureau resources • Assess employee strengths and development needs; plan, assign, and direct work • Hire and train employees and resolve team complaints and escalated problems • Handle escalated customer and third-party requests • Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures • Partner with inside and outside counsel and provide documentation • Lead special projects, conduct research, and identify solutions • Perform other assigned duties and special projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Six (6) plus years of experience in customer mortgage servicing and/or financial services industry • Minimum of one (1) year in a senior or team lead role • Knowledge/Experience with credit reporting and FCRA requirements • Working knowledge of industry-specific software applications, such as FiServ and Ensemble Pro Director • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel • Familiarity with eOSCAR and credit bureau resources • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, technical, judgment, influencing, communication, and negotiating skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to organize and prioritize others' work schedules • Ability to make formal and informal presentations • Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports • Ability to comply with applicable U.S. state and federal laws and regulations
