📋 Description

• Oversee daily quality assurance activities and prioritize team workload • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results meeting organizational and client expectations • Identify quality trends and analyze performance data • Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning • Lead internal audit activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on process development, technology implementations, testing, and service improvement initiatives • Monitor and evaluate voice and non-voice interactions, calls, transactions, and related business processes • Conduct daily reviews and audits for adherence to client, company, and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Quality Assurance or subject matter experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered • Deep healthcare/Medicaid operations expertise, preferably in Provider Enrollment • One or more years of supervisory or team leadership experience • Experience leading quality assurance programs, developing teams, and driving measurable improvements • Knowledge of quality management principles, quality control practices, root cause analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies • Ability to evaluate complex issues, interpret performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with quality monitoring systems, testing methodologies, operational technologies, scheduling tools, and business software applications • Minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload broadband for remote work • Home office or room with a door required for remote work • Availability from 8am–5pm and punctuality
