📋 Description

• Review and analyze 1250+ Dealer Customer AR accounts through collection inquiries and efforts via phone and email • Research billing discrepancies causing collection issues and make necessary corrections, including processing cancellation requests, issuing credits, applying misapplied payments, and writing off debt when necessary • Communicate professionally with customers • Work closely with Sales to escalate collection issues and communicate resolutions • Thoroughly document all contacts on each account • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection goals on assigned accounts • Prepare credits and/or billing corrections according to established company guidelines • Manage all aspects of assigned Accounts Receivable accounts in accordance with company credit and collection guidelines and policies • Communicate root causes of collection issues to respective departments • Provide resolution to collection issues to Management • Quickly identify accounts at risk before delinquency becomes inevitable • Communicate with external customers, Sales, and internal departments to determine root causes and address collection issues

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • General knowledge of accounts receivable • Knowledge of internet and email protocols • Ability to learn various systems used to document collection efforts (Salesforce, Psoft) • Ability to meet monthly AR goals as provided by Management • Ability to analyze AR account trends and proactively resolve any collection issues • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) program • Knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets & Docs) program • Knowledge of Peoplesoft preferred • 4 Year College Degree • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment • 2 to 4 years of work experience required, in related area preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Employment visas cannot be sponsored at this time
