📋 Description

• Respond to a high level of inbound customer calls, inquiries, and requests • Research and investigate customer issues to reach resolution • Provide accurate, efficient, prompt, respectful, and courteous responses • Answer or place customer calls to understand and address needs, concerns, and issues • Explain possible solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued • Actively listen, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse escalated situations • Build rapport with customers and relationships with call center team members • Use job-specific software, databases, scripts, and tools to address customer topics • Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing consistent customer service • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services • Participate in training and learning opportunities • Perform other duties supporting the company vision, mission, and core values

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience • Legally eligible to work in the US • Outstanding relationship management skills • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Typing proficiency • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems and related software • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment • An advanced degree, relevant sales certifications, prior sales experience, and experience or interest in environmental and/or sustainability fields are preferred
