• Represent and sell products within an assigned sales territory • Manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities • Demonstrate product and operational capabilities • Negotiate pricing and service plans • Partner with inside sales to promote and expand business • Prepare sales contracts and proposals • Provide feedback to management regarding account performance • Participate in forecasting and market analysis
• Two to three years of related experience • Two years direct outside account management sales experience • Must have industrial experience • Aerospace, commercial, automotive, and medical knowledge a plus • Must have steel distribution experience • Strong customer service orientation • Demonstrated sales skills and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • PC literacy, proficiency in MS Office suite • Good organizational skills
