📋 Description

• Execute end to end implementation activities for assigned client accounts, including configuration, data validation, and workflow setup • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and resolve standard implementation issues • Prepare status updates, implementation trackers, and client-facing documentation for review by senior team members • Conduct testing activities and support resolution of discrepancies between client requirements and configured solutions • Build working knowledge of client-specific needs and implementation methodology to improve efficiency over time • Provide guidance to Client Implementation Analysts on tasks and standard procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field required • 2-4 years of experience in client implementation, project coordination, or a related professional role • Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously under general supervision • Familiarity with implementation tools, CRM systems, and project tracking platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions • Healthcare or health services industry experience preferred
