📋 Description

• Lead professional services engagements with clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. • Develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs • Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills • Outstanding client relationship skills • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred
