📋 Description

• Master complex software applications, integrations, reports, and their use within the clinical research industry • Work with new customers to understand current business processes and workflows while assisting with implementation of technological solutions • Map current-state workflows into future-state application workflows using process flow charting • Develop and use cases to analyze, define, and document business requirements and application scenarios • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on customer enhancement requests • Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work required for new and implementing customers • Assist with technical RFP questions for prospective customers • Build strong relationships with customer project teams to support implementation success • Advise customers on best practices for integrating Advarra technology solutions into research operations • Partner with the implementation project manager to ensure on-time milestone delivery • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience • 5–8 years’ experience in healthcare technology; clinical research experience preferred • Strong analytical thinking skills • Strong client communication skills • Strong oral presentation skills • Familiarity with EDC, EMR/EHR, and other clinical trial information systems • Deep familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMSs) and general clinical research processes • Subject Matter Expertise in eClinical solutions such as eRegulatory, eSource, and eConsent preferred • Understanding and experience integrating a CTMS with EMR, EDC, EMPI, and other common systems • Understanding and experience with operational and regulatory reporting serving clinical research • Understanding of clinical research finances • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation • Ability to regularly carry, raise, and lower objects up to 10 lbs • Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities • Verbal communication, listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
