📋 Description

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user stories, create wireframes, and develop prototypes • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure a positive user experience • Design responsive interfaces that adapt to different devices and screen sizes • Create design assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance the user interface • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides across digital products and services • Mentor and provide guidance to other UI/UX designers on design best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design • Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies • 2+ years of experience with wireframing and prototype development • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on design decisions • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in technological services or government industries is an advantage
