📋 Description

• Manage delivery of outsourced accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of client engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting operations, reporting, and business process improvement • Lead, coach, and develop accounting professionals, including offshore team members • Oversee client onboarding, system implementations, and process transitions • Review financial statements, management reporting packages, reconciliations, and other client deliverables • Leverage NetSuite for client accounting operations, reporting, and process optimization • Monitor engagement performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction • Identify efficiency improvements through process enhancements and technology solutions • Manage multiple client priorities while ensuring exceptional service and quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience within a public accounting firm • Experience providing outsourced accounting, client accounting advisory, or controllership services to multiple clients • Strong NetSuite experience required, including financial reporting and accounting operations • Experience with ERP implementations, system optimization, or accounting technology solutions preferred • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting • Experience leading and developing accounting professionals, including remote and offshore team members • Excellent project management, organizational, and client relationship management skills • Highly analytical with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States • Cherry Bekaert will not provide work sponsorship
