📋 Description

• Develop collaborative relationships with private equity clients and portfolio company management teams • Execute complex accounting and finance optimization workstreams • Manage assigned engagement responsibilities and deliver accurate, client-ready outputs • Apply U.S. GAAP and operational finance concepts to financial reporting, close process improvement, audit readiness, and operational analyses • Participate in client discussions and status updates • Support engagement leadership with coordination, planning alignment, and key deliverables • Identify and communicate risks, challenges, and delays with potential solutions • Provide hands-on accounting and finance support to private equity-backed companies • Support post-acquisition integration • Improve financial reporting and close processes • Prepare for and support audits • Analyze working capital, cash flow, and operational finance • Prepare analyses, schedules, and client-ready deliverables • Manage assigned workstreams and meet engagement timelines • Communicate with Controllers, CFOs, and private equity representatives • Participate in client meetings and provide updates and supporting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7 years of experience in a related field • 5 years of supervisory experience • Must have and preserve required licenses • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize assignments • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization, internally and externally • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements for private companies • CPA or equivalent professional certification • 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role • Prior experience in audit, advisory, financial consulting, or operational finance, preferably within a private equity-backed portfolio company environment • Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modeling skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
