📋 Description

• Serve as clients’ trusted advisor and identify client issues, conflicts, and solution options • Manage staff and engagement deliverables, including financial statements, tax returns, and work papers • Perform technical and strategic reviews and ensure quality control, on-time delivery, and budget compliance • Apply technical knowledge of industry trends, organizations, procedures, policies, and alternatives • Develop new clients with upper management and participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals • Manage and retain multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects • Develop engagement budgets and meet charge-hour goals • Manage billing and realization and explain variances • Supervise, train, and mentor staff • Foster a positive team culture and support management decisions • Participate in practice development, new business generation, and cross-serves • Travel with some overnights up to 70% based on client and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field • 3 years of supervisory experience • Active CPA or equivalent certification required • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements • Demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities across all organizational levels, internally and externally • Ability to travel based on client and business needs • Proficiency with applicable technology • Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
