📋 Description

• Create and execute the overall business strategy to achieve long-term profitable growth • Recruit and lead a high-performing team integrating sales, consulting services, support, legal, operations, marketing, product management, and product delivery • Set the subsidiary’s direction to comply with government-required mandates such as CMMC • Identify untapped market areas and build plans to capture those opportunities • Lead sales, services, and support while aligning parent-company dependencies into a single accountable operating rhythm • Optimize post-sales execution through consistent deployments, adoption, and renewal readiness across Public Sector accounts • Manage overall expense-to-revenue targets • Invest company funds wisely in new opportunities • Drive the Public Sector product roadmap with the parent company and align shared-services support • Maintain positive evaluations from relevant government agencies such as DCSA

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a complete public sector subsidiary within a larger organization • Extended positions with increasing levels of responsibilities within enterprise software companies • Successful execution of business transformations and realignments • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA preferred
