📋 Description

• Deliver Workday solutions from initial assessments through entire transformations • Manage the Workday Practice Optimization program, including production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments • Lead design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant or in a Phase X deployment • Help streamline client processes on assigned projects • Lead optimization sessions, capture client requirements, build/configure creative solutions, and work with other Workday consultants • Work directly with clients and/or consultants to capture requirements and design documents • Guide the team in the design, build, and support testing of Workday modules • Communicate with team members on cross-functional items • Communicate functional challenges and solutions to internal and client teams • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of processes and assets • Provide consultative support and pursue high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity • Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with nine (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity • A minimum of three (3) years of work experience with Workday • Current holder of Workday HCM Core certification • Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Strong written and oral communication skills, including RFP responses, white papers, Workday demonstrations, and client presentations • Up to 25% travel • Workday Public Sector experience preferred • Current holder of an active Workday HCM Certification • Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products
