📋 Description
• Lead a team of Demand planners to improve forecast accuracy • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Analytics teams • Own demand volumes, drivers, and Risks & Opportunities across all regions • Provide leadership in Monthly Demand Review meetings
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in Supply Chain • 5+ years in Demand Planning • Experience in CPG industry preferred • Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools • Knowledge of advanced analytics and Machine Learning models
