📋 Description

• Lead integration of acquired businesses into Ventura Community Partners on behalf of the Integration Management Office • Build and run integration plans from pre-close through handoff to operations • Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously • Stand up integration plans, shared workspaces, milestones, and timelines • Drive Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations workstreams • Manage dependencies, sequencing, scope changes, risks, delays, and decisions • Build and complete Day 1 readiness plans • Lead communication planning, Day 1 messaging, and employee town halls • Lead integration kickoffs with acquired businesses and functional kickoffs • Serve as the day-to-day contact for acquired business leaders • Lead weekly leadership meetings and support cultural integration • Run weekly integration status meetings and distribute agendas, minutes, and actions • Provide executive updates and prepare steering committee materials • Support value creation milestone tracking with the VP, Integration • Maintain risk and issue logs and drive items to ownership, decisions, and closure • Escalate issues affecting people, plans, commitments, or deal terms • Drive functional integration completion and document handoffs to operations • Run close-out reviews and capture lessons learned • Maintain integration plans, trackers, and dashboards in project management tools • Help functional leads update their milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years in integration, transformation or program management roles • At least 3 years of hands-on M&A integration experience • Track record of leading integrations end to end, from pre-close through handoff to operations • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly • Strong program and project management skills across complex, cross-functional work • PMP or similar certification preferred • Strong business and financial acumen • Working knowledge of Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations integration • Knowledge of Day 1 readiness and change management • Clear, composed communication skills • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as monday.com or similar, Microsoft 365, and Teams • Bachelor’s degree required • Willingness to travel up to 20% to acquired company sites • Experience in community association management, property management, or a similar multi-site service business is a plus • Experience in a private equity-backed or roll-up company is preferred • Experience managing more than one integration at a time is preferred • Experience coordinating systems and data transitions during integration is preferred • Ability to drive to integration meetings or acquired company sites; satisfactory driving status required
