• Call upon applicants daily • Interview, screen and qualify potential applicants • Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent CCS • Match the best candidates with client expectations and requirements • Instruct, train and orient selected candidates on CCS policies and assignment expectations • Supervise and appraise applicant productivity and efficiency through follow-up and quality control checks
🎯 Requirements
• No previous staffing/recruiting experience required • Fluency in English • Fluency in Spanish is a plus • Must have high-speed WiFi at home • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software • Willing to learn • Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting • Must have a commitment to excellence
🏖️ Benefits
• Uncapped commission earnings • Two raises in the first year • $500 bonus at 6 months
