📋 Description

• Full life cycle recruitment of assigned roles in assigned geographies • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and forecasted hiring needs • Conduct an effective performance-based intake session on all approved positions • Build and execute effective talent attraction plans • Conduct effective performance-based candidate interviews • Serve as an advisor to hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle experience in a corporate recruiting role • 3+ years of experience successfully maintaining open jobs and candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system • Extensive experience hiring sales and technology professionals • Experience supporting the business as a talent advisor • Proven success creating and executing effective multi-pronged sourcing plans • Ability to stay organized and ensure a positive candidate experience with consistent communication and turnaround times within SLAs
