• Supervise CCU Academy Representatives, providing training, coaching, and leadership • Supervise and support the CCU Academy Operations Coordinator and administrative assistants • Oversee administrative and system processes for CCU Academy • Build processes and procedures for dual credit grades, transcripts, and registration • Implement solutions to increase productivity and overall success • Work with the Dean of CCU Academy on strategic planning and execution • Establish revenue goals and recruitment strategy plans • Manage tasks to reach goals and set and meet enrollment goals by region • Oversee reporting with the Operations Coordinator and data analytics team • Report findings to the Dean of CCU Academy • Support the Associate Registrar with dual credit and dual enrollment course scheduling, grade processing, transcript troubleshooting, and business practices • Collaborate with Admissions, Information Technology, Registrar's Office, CAGS, LDC, Accounting, and Student Life on communication and policy development • Manage partner relations recruitment and travel budget with the Dean • Travel periodically for recruitment and training, including conventions, school visits, evaluations, and presentations • Promote Christ-centered higher education and build relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutions • Perform other recruitment and partner-relations duties assigned by the Dean
• Master's degree required; education, business, or related field preferred • Experience in secondary education (high school) or higher education • Supervisory experience • Marketing or sales experience preferred • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to create processes and procedures to improve program effectiveness • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans • Open to new ideas and collaborates/communicates well with peers within administration and academics • Familiarity with database systems and technologies used within higher and secondary education • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Filebound, Colleague, and Adobe Pro • Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines • Committed follower of Jesus Christ and agreement with CCU's Statement of Faith • Ability to communicate personal faith and apply biblical principles in the workplace • Strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University • Meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church • Knowledge of the Word of God and passion for Christian education • Traditional evangelical Christian lifestyle compatible with CCU's lifestyle expectations • Ability to walk, stand, sit, reach, balance, stoop, speak clearly, and have appropriate vision and hearing capabilities • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to participate in campus activities and events, including evenings and weekends
