📋 Description
• Own day-to-day operations for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness eCommerce company • Create and implement SOPs and workflows • Build processes and documentation in Notion • Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and Customer Service • Identify operational bottlenecks • Manage cross-functional projects and priorities • Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding • Ensure employees have the systems and access they need • Provide operational reporting to executives • Build accountability across departments
🎯 Requirements
• Strong eCom management experience • Proven SOP/process-building experience • Solid supply chain exposure • Background working across several functions inside a scaled DTC brand is a strong plus
