📋 Description

• Scale the team, improve efficiency, and implement best-practice standards • Develop and execute data-driven plans aligned with CDK’s business goals, including resource allocation, communication plans, performance monitoring, coaching and development, change management, standards, processes, and best practices • Optimize team efficiency and resource allocation to meet evolving business needs • Ensure Regional Sr. Platform Specialists provide coaching and development across designated regional teams • Implement structured coaching and development programs for continuous professional growth and skill enhancement • Define utilization reporting, team alignment, and resourcing with the Platform Specialist Operations team • Establish feedback mechanisms for evaluating Platform Specialist role performance • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to define and complete training and certifications • Oversee creation and execution of performance plans and maintain documentation • Ensure adherence to sales standards and processes • Assess individual and team performance and make resource adjustments as necessary • Facilitate individual and team goal setting aligned with CDK’s business goals and strategies • Use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement • Follow CDK Global policies and procedures • Complete mandatory compliance tasks and acknowledgements • Meet or exceed performance expectations • Hire and train new employees • Organize workflow and clarify duties and delegated tasks • Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and provide feedback and coaching • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action when necessary • Role model company values and leadership expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams with strong coaching and mentoring abilities • Proven high employee engagement track record • Proven ability and success analyzing data and trends to inform strategic decisions • 4+ years’ experience as a Manager of pre sales roles OR proven track record of leadership in a role demonstrating knowledge of the sales process and the impact of a pre-sales solution team • Ability to travel up to 35%, including overnight travel • SaaS enterprise solution background • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in sales or pre-sales • Deep understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and methodologies • Automotive experience desired but not required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
