📋 Description

• Oversee the commissioning process for multiple data center construction projects from planning through execution • Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, Cx Agents, contractors, vendors, owners, and tenant Cx personnel • Schedule vendor on-site activities in advance of Level 3 activities • Review project documents to ensure commissioning requirements are met • Manage Cx Alloy and coordinate accurate, complete commissioning documentation • Manage commissioning-related closeout documentation • Lead commissioning teams during on-site activities • Perform inspections, testing, and validation of systems and components • Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems function as intended • Document commissioning activities and results • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements • Develop and implement quality assurance processes • Conduct staff training on commissioning procedures and safety protocols • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams • Provide project status, issue, and resolution updates • Prepare and present detailed commissioning reports • Evaluate commissioning processes and suggest improvements • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field experience • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commissioning, preferably within the Mission Critical Industry • Strong understanding of commissioning processes, procedures, and standards • Proven experience managing commissioning projects from start to finish • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software • Professional certification in commissioning, such as CCP or BCxP • Experience with specific systems or technologies relevant to the industry
