📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products • Perform scheduled and requested cash replenishment and coin removal • Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or Cash Depot staff • Communicate inventory and support requests to complete scheduled tasks accurately and timely • Complete administrative paperwork and reports • Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other customer-focused measures • Assist other technicians and provide ride-along or other training as needed • Follow all security procedures and policies • Maintain professional personal and vehicle image and required inventory standards • Attend requested training in Wisconsin and maintain ATM and Air Products technical competencies • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements • Work independently with minimal supervision and operate as a team player • Work in a traveling van and at customer locations, estimated at 50% of the shift • Use lifting equipment, hand tools, an iPad, and a cell phone

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree / GED • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer • Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift • Ability to work safely when lifting and performing position-related tasks • Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work • Ability to follow the Field Service Handbook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be organized, detailed, multitask, think critically, and solve problems • Ability to adapt to workplace or duty changes • Ability to lift and handle equipment and materials, including items up to 875 lbs. with lifting equipment • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend training in Wisconsin
