📋 Description

• Lead project teams, directing coworker and client teams in solution design and development • Create business cases, financial justification, and solution benefit content for customer-ready deliverables and presentations • Provide aggregate oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects • Ensure synergy in solution approaches and broad visibility to the solutions delivery team • Proactively address or escalate project budget issues • Perform quality assurance for SOW requests meeting size, cross-brand, and complexity triggers • Conduct peer reviews of deliverables for technical accuracy • Maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor • Serve as focal point for communications between multiple departments and clients • Recommend solutions and support client account teams with proposals, quotations, and presentations • Analyze client requirements to develop ServiceNow services offerings across multiple technology solutions • Support complex engagements across multiple geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3 years with large enterprise cross-brand projects; or 11+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3 years with large enterprise cross-brand projects • Familiarity with eProcurement Process, ServiceNow HAM, SAM, CMDB, and building ServiceNow store applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proven organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage and escalate technical issues to the appropriate vendor support team • Ability to maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor • Ability to serve as focal point for communications between multiple departments and clients • Ability to lead technical review and editing of deliverables • Technical expertise analyzing client requirements to develop ServiceNow offerings • Ability to recommend solutions and support development of proposals, quotations, and presentations • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective to internal and external clients • Ability to research advanced and complex technology solutions, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present client-focused materials • Ability to work calmly and productively amid change, ambiguity, and risk • Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned to unique problems and reskilling on new technologies • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites • Valid U.S. driver’s license required
