📋 Description

• Develop and support the ServiceNow application • Work within ServiceNow, the client's IT Service Management tool • Support Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management modules

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required • An active Public Trust level clearance is required • SME in ServiceNow Application Development and/or ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge • Experience with ServiceNow development and knowledge of code best practices • Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture • Effective liaison leading technical development teams • Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices • Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups • Oral and written communication skills, including presenting to management • Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies • Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc.) • Problem/Risk Management • MS Office Suite
