📋 Description

• Provide executive-level architectural leadership across transformation programs • Align business strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders around a unified implementation vision • Partner with the sales account team, digital integrations team, and CDW clients • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level clients and understand business challenges • Recommend ServiceNow-based e-Pro solutions that drive client business outcomes • Partner with the Digital Integrations team on in-store apps, ServiceNow ePro capabilities, and API-related projects • Research current and emerging technologies, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present to executive leadership • Prepare white papers and presentations for current and prospective clients on ServiceNow-based ePro solutions • Present in CDW and industry forums to elevate CDW’s advisory and consulting services profile • Collaborate with CDW practices and business partners • Identify and articulate ServiceNow solution value propositions, including ROI and time to value • Work with management and sales teams on account prioritization and support strategies • Develop trusted relationships with key partners in the assigned area of responsibility • Maintain and execute a professional development plan • Mentor SNS ePro coworkers in consulting skills, project design, analysis, and project coordination • Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, timecards, expense reports, and client/AOR business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related technology field from an accredited institution and 7+ years of consulting experience OR 10+ years of equivalent consulting experience • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect/Certified Master Architect certification required • Extensive experience partnering with executive-level clients and stakeholders • Establish and execute a vision for ServiceNow App store customer capabilities • Deep technical expertise applied to business strategy through service offerings, go-to-market strategies, business planning, and growth of advisory, professional, and managed services practices • Expertise in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, governance frameworks, and roadmap development • Ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts effectively to executives, business leaders, and technical teams • Strong judgment and analytical skills to assess technical, operational, and business risks and make recommendations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines • Experience developing and executing long-range project plans, strategic roadmaps, and delivery schedules for complex initiatives and emerging solution offerings • Capability to lead technical knowledge transfer, mentoring, and enablement activities • Strong leadership, delegation, team development, and personnel management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including presenting to small teams and executive leadership • Self-motivated ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders • Expertise in technical writing, including architectural designs, strategic recommendations, governance frameworks, and executive-level documentation
